Considered one of the Okanagan's premiere courses, Three Blind Mice is situated in the heart of wine country. Located just past Penticton as you head towards Naramata, this course offers a challenging mix of hilly shots and technical lines. The course weaves through classic Okanagan terrain as you throw through a ponderosa pine forested hillside. The area is also a popular hiking, biking and running trail system so be sure to watch out other recreating in the area.

IntermEdiate

Enjoyability level for the intermediate player.

This seems to be the sweet spot. the Amateur tee pads are great for players looking to build confidence while the pro pads provide a much more challenging experience. Players looking to progress their game will find everything they need at Three Blind Mice.

3.9

Expert

Enjoyability level for the experienced player.

While the some more experienced players will find this course easy, anyone who is not at a professional level will find this course has sufficient challenges with some longer shots and a number of challenging lines.

1.5

Access

Illustrates how easy it is to find and access the course.

The only major downfall to this course is the Parking access. While it is still close to town and only a short drive from the city of Penticton, the parking situation may be one of the worst we've experienced. If you are not one of the first 5-10 people at the course, the parking becomes extremely limited due to the other activities in the area. There is a second parking lot further down the road, but it is shared with the popular KVR trail and finding a spot there can be rare depending on the time of day.

Ambience

Disc Golf is our focus, but these courses have other things going for them too.

Penticton is a vibrant city with beach access, breweries and of course numerous wineries. It is quickly becoming a disc golf destination in the Okanagan. There are numerous places to buy discs and even a beginner course right in town. Not to mention how refreshing it is to jump in the lake at on of the many beaches after your round.

Flip flops?

After serious analytical study and testing, we have determined that flip flops are not recommended for disc golf. But we do it anyway, and this is how it went.

While still possible, especially for the connoisseur, Flip Flops are not recommended on this course due to the loose gravel and uphills that frequent this course.
